By accessing or using Seamless Auth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Scope of the Service
Seamless Auth consists of open source software and an optional managed hosting service operated by Fells Code LLC.
These terms apply to the use of the Seamless Auth website, dashboard, and managed hosting offering. Use of open source components is governed by their respective licenses.
3. Use of the Service
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Fells Code LLC promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Certain features of Seamless Auth may require a paid subscription.
- Pricing is based on plan selection, usage, and infrastructure costs.
- Fees for managed services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Termination
Fells Code LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the managed service if these terms are violated or if usage poses a risk to the platform or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, and proprietary materials related to Seamless Auth are the property of Fells Code LLC. Open source components are licensed under their respective licenses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fells Code LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the managed service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
